  • The Woman Who Shaped My Life

My family used to live in the US, and my mother endured the unimaginable — losing a child and the pain that must have come with it. Then, I was born, but some time after, we moved abroad, where she raised my sister and me on her own until we had grown and returned years later. In a society where women rarely have an equal voice, she protected us with quiet strength and relentless courage. In short, my mother lost her son and, later, her husband, but her resilience has always inspired me. Because of her, I carry a deep and lasting respect for women, especially mothers.

To all the mothers who carry the world quietly on their shoulders — thank you. Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️

  • A birthday to contemplate

Just like a cake that crumbles when it’s not perfectly baked, life, too, can appear flawed and messy at times.

We feel it. But then we see how our dreams and hopes for a better life keep us moving forward with our heads up high.

And when we have positive people around, it only adds up to our life’s many visions. We feel things aren’t too bad after all.

Then, we must realize that life isn’t so good for many others. We are yet to develop empathy towards one another and have humility within as they both reflect in our behaviors.

We learn and work on ourselves, cause we can—we are human beings, nonetheless.

As privileged as I am in many ways, the least I can do is acknowledge it and feel for those who are not.

Despite the struggles you face, I would still say to you, ‘Keep going. I hope your life gets better.’

Thanks to my family, friends, and colleagues for making my day more meaningful, especially those who wish me well, not just on my birthday but also in general. You are precious to me and I wish you well too. Take care and please keep me in your prayers. ❤️

  • What makes you special?

    What makes you special?

It could be simple like your voice, acting, receptiveness, calm nature, or even confidence.

In many ways than one, it boils down to your personality and how you make the world feel around you.

Owning a real estate or a BMW helps you in life’s many places and they make you privileged. But they do not make you special.

It’s your personality with humility and empathy that truly distinguishes you from the rest.

Empathy shows how you acknowledge your blessings and others’ struggle and humility shows how you treat others who have less or are not as privileged as you are.

At the same time, we also need to hold on to our own. So, let’s be confident but not arrogant, and humble but not weak.

There is no age in developing. So, the idea of maturity with age is outdated because you can always work on yourself.

When you develop, some might laugh at you, some might envy you, but there will be people who will cherish you.

Hence, it’s the effort we put in that brings out the result in the end.

Focus on ‘You’ and what works best for you as a person. And think of others the same way.

Feel it. You’ll respect the ones who are improving themselves too.

And know one thing! You got this!

  • Where I Felt It—An Experience of a Lifetime

Where I Felt It—An Experience of a Lifetime

I couldn’t let it go. My head could move no longer and my arms could barely go here and there; even the fingers felt numb at some point.

All I see is the multilayered white ceiling that was limited to my otherwise peripheral vision, beyond the already attached tin foil metallic thing.

Minutes in, and I couldn’t get used to it.

Moments pass as I opened my eyes, I asked for help by squeezing the ball for assistance. I couldn’t breathe, it felt like my life was threatened by the intense position I was held in.

I saw the clock and it was an hour passed already, and that’s when I realized I probably slept in the very awkward stance I felt suffocated when breathing in and staying conscious proved to be too painful.

I had to think of some memories to pass my time through cause this time I was pretty up. I couldn’t fall asleep again.

I remembered ‘Fresh,’ one of my recently watched movies where one of the characters had a much more bizarre experience.

I felt it in my bones, the horror people must have gone through their life while seeking freedom from the very shackles of captivity.

    At last, I felt free.

Hold on, I had to bite onto something this time. The complexity increased. My sight of freedom was delayed. I went through those same emotions again. Need to go through it one more time. I boosted my confidence, I got this!

Twenty minutes or so had gone by when it finally ended.

I found a new purpose of humbleness and appreciation for the moment I got free and the moment I stood and breathed easy, I would keep this memory afresh, definitely not for the enjoyment but for the realization at best.

I felt like a new human being as I walked out of the MRI examination room, the place where I felt suffocated for an hour and a half. I remembered the staff stating this is one of the most complicated MRI exams. I can certainly attest to that.

Finally, I see the freedom I longed for the last couple of hours! Only this time I actually got it!

  • How Gaming Helps Ease Your Stress in Today’s Digital World [10 Ways]

How Gaming Helps Ease Your Stress in Today’s Digital World [10 Ways]

Gaming is an enjoyable way to reduce stress. Sometimes it can distract people from the stresses of life and can help them cope with their anxiety.

The article states that playing video games is a healthy and helpful way to deal with stress. It points out that people who play video games are more likely to have higher self-esteem and confidence levels than those who don’t play them at all.

In recent years, many researchers studied the effects of gaming on our mental health. The studies suggest that while playing video games can make people less aware of their surroundings, this type of amusement also has many benefits.

    1. Gaming is escapism

One purpose of playing games is to escape from the problems and frustrations we experience in everyday life. Games are an escape for people who do not want to face reality but live in a different world. Sometimes, we see people develop a drinking habit, which is harmful. Instead, gaming is a better alternative to step into a different world.

The escapism aspect of video games can be self-destructive because it takes up too much time and energy. It becomes a problem when people neglect essential parts of their lives, such as work, relationships, or physical health, because of gaming.

Regardless, if gaming helps a person be more comfortable coping with their lives, perhaps one should do it.

    2. Playing games can help you forget about the bad day you had

Games have been around for as long as humans have. The first games that the Homosapien played were probably for survival, like hunting or gathering. Our ancestors distracted themselves from their work-filled days and play. We still do this today.

Games are not just for children anymore! About 51% of people in the U.S. play video games regularly, according to eMarketer. And Statista records almost 80% are adults, aging 18 and older. That’s many people playing video games! And other studies have found that people who play video games have better problem-solving skills and improved hand-eye coordination.

    3. Gaming Improves focus and concentration

Playing video games helps improve focus and concentration and is one of the most popular ways to spend their spare time. With so many people dedicating a lot of time to playing these games, there is no shortage of research about their effects on their mental health. One interesting study looked at how playing video games improved focus and concentration in people with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.) When children with ADHD played their specified game for three months, their mental health improved—frenzy, impulsiveness, and inattention decreased.

The article says that this trend increases as more people improve their cognitive function throughout the day or need help with something more specific, like enhancing their creativity, focus, or memory.

    4. Games can help improve your memory and cognition

Chess has been one of the oldest board games since the 6th century, and people still love to play it. It helps develop memory and cognition, but what are the benefits of playing chess?

Playing chess also brings benefits to your mind. Research has shown that it can improve your memory and cognition while also reducing stress levels. But don’t take just my word for it—here are some studies that support these claims:

A study in 2003 found that playing chess helped improve short-term memory. The study showed that participants who played chess had faster reaction times on tests of short-term memory than those who didn’t play at all.

Another study from 2005 showed that chess participants improved their cognitive abilities more than those who were not.

    5. Games can help reduce stress levels by keeping your attention focused for a more extended period

Playing any game can be a stress reliever. One way that games help reduce stress is by keeping your attention focused for an extended period. A study found that playing Tetris for three minutes at a stretch reduced the participants’ anxiety levels by more than half. Another survey on Tetris found that after playing for 10 hours over two weeks, people’s systolic blood pressure dropped, and they felt less tense during stressful periods in their lives.

Games are also great because they are entertaining and engaging, which eliminates boredom and reduces stress levels.

    6. Increase your creativity by playing games that require thinking outside the box

Video games improve different aspects of intelligence, and research shows that playing them encourages creativity.

Play a game to increase your creativity by challenging your brain to think outside the box.

    7. Gaming can increase your problem-solving skills

Games are just a waste of time, but it turns out that they might be more beneficial than we think. Studies show that playing video games can make you smarter and have better problem-solving skills.

There are many benefits of gaming. For example, it can increase cognitive skills by introducing players to new challenges and puzzles that they can figure out independently.

In addition, research has shown that video games help develop creativity because players have to come up with solutions for obstacles they face in the game. Video games also help with visual and spatial attention, improving your ability in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.

Lastly, some studies have shown that playing video games can increase your brain power and reasoning skills.

    8. Improve your social skills through gaming

Some games have designed social dynamics. These games help players with their social skills by practicing and learning how to react in various situations. For example, a game like Watch Dogs 2 or The Witcher 3 offers players multiple missions, including interacting with other characters and choosing an appropriate response.

Games can be a way to improve social skills through practice. There is no set time frame or the correct answer for the player, just opportunities for learning how to interact socially through play.

    9. Games can be an excellent tool for learning new things

Games are not just for fun and entertainment. We can also learn new skills. Game-based learning, a system that uses games as part of the instructional process, is an effective instructional style implemented in recent years in many schools worldwide and is helpful for students with different proficiency levels.

One of the best teaching methods lies in gaming because they work on all three of the learner’s learning styles. They are visual learners (people who learn best through images), auditory learners (people who understand best through sound), and kinesthetic learners (people who comprehend best by doing.)

    10. Stress relief through gaming humor

It turns out that humor and stress relief go hand in hand. Humor is almost always a relief to stress and strain. It lowers blood pressure, reduces cortisol levels, and calms the nerves.

As games move away from being just for kids, they are also more mentally challenging. Many modern games have a sense of humor, and it has proven to help the player de-stress and avoid long-term stress.

Many players who play these games will report feeling happier after playing them, which is invaluable when escaping their everyday stresses or anxieties. They can also help players feel more relaxed before bedtime if they’re going to get into bed feeling happy and content.

We find most humor as jokes or comedy routines. There are also many comedy movies and TV shows that can combat stress. We often see the best type of humor for relieving stress as slapstick or physical comedy. Anything that makes you laugh without thought is perfect for releasing some of that pent-up tension.

Laughter will undoubtedly help decrease their physical effect on the body, but it will also increase their sense of well-being and inner peace. That’s why choosing a game or movie with a beautiful sense of humor is always helpful.

    Conclusion

People always look for ways to reduce stress and gain relaxation. One popular method is gaming.

Games provide an escape from reality while also providing a sense of accomplishment. It can distract us from our worries and problems while also reminding us that there is more to life than just the problems that we have every day.

Games are also beneficial because they allow players to practice their cognitive skills while having fun at the same time. Many games out there require critical thinking and strategic planning, which will enable players to exercise their brains in a fun way.

    Don’t stress. Game instead.

  • Why Use an AI Writer? [Multiple Reasons]

Why Use an AI Writer? [Multiple Reasons]

One of the most annoying things for writers—writer’s block has almost crushed many writers that some even gave up writing a particular topic, or at least, I did.

    Why Traditional Writers?

It is not necessary to hire writers if you only need help with the occasional blog post. Your brain can do that. Hopefully!

However, if you are looking for someone who can take on more significant projects, that might be the right time to do so.

The first thing that you need is research. Read through reviews of those who offer these services and see what people are saying about them. This way, you’ll know if it’s worth your time and money or not.

The next thing is hiring a writer and setting expectations from both sides. You need to make sure that they are fully aware of what you expect from them regarding deadlines and quality and what their responsibilities will entail.

Explain that you want to see a draft before approving the final piece, for example, or that you don’t want them to use words like “I” or “me.”

Any requirements that you have, please put them forward. If they can’t adhere to these guidelines, you have to look for someone else without wasting much time later.

One thing is clear—lots of time in management and research.

    Why AI Writers?

“No more writer blocks,” says the AI writers! It has become a reality.

AI writers are better than human writers because they can generate content at scale. They can also produce quality content that is relevant to the audience.

Anyone who has tried to write a blog post or an article knows how difficult it can be to get ideas flowing and put them into words. With AI writing assistants, this process is no longer complicated as they can get ideas floating in just a matter of minutes.

However, you need to work around the content that the software spills out to perfect it.

    Why Edit After?

You are the editor when it comes to AI Writing!

Although expensive and takes time to hire, a human expert can creatively look after your project. An AI writer, with the capabilities of OpenAI, can only generate what it can deliver.

It needs your full attention on the written content. However, for bloggers like myself who can do the editing, AI writing is nothing short of extraordinary.

Because let’s face it: when we have content to expand on and an application to fix the mishaps and the unusual typos, blogging becomes way more manageable than you think.

How Artificial Intelligence Is Changing the Way Content is Created for Every Business

AI is changing the way content is created for every business. It automates a lot of this process. Today, as content marketing is becoming a new norm, it is essential to use AI to improve efficiency and ensure that the content resonates with your readers.

AI can do everything from drafting blog posts to writing emails or generating infographics for your website. AI can also help you keep track of the progress you’re making on your social media accounts and assist with live chat conversations or customer service issues.

The Role of Artificial Intelligence Writers in Every Business Scenario

Many benefits come from the use of AI writers. For example, they can generate content at scale for companies and websites. They are also better at generating content than humans, albeit with errors with the current technology.

Various industries have used AI writers because they can help them in a variety of ways. For example, real estate agents may use them to find out what people want in a home and then create the perfect listing package without doing any research themselves.

The healthcare industry could benefit from AI writers if they’re trying to make sure that their patients understand the risks and benefits of specific treatments or procedures.

How AI Writers Improve Your Marketing Campaigns & Product Launch?

AI writers have the potential to improve your marketing campaigns and product launches by significantly reducing your workload, but they are not a replacement for human copywriters. In a nutshell, they assist the content writers by doing some work for them.

Why You Need AI Writers for Your Next Project? How to Choose a Perfect AI Writer for your Brand?

AI writers are more efficient than humans when it comes to generating content for various topics. They can help you automate content generation by coming up with many ideas for you in a short amount of time and without writer’s block.

Many companies nowadays use AI technology as part of their daily workflow and generate more content than before. But what is the best way to choose an AI writer that is perfect for your brand? Here are some tips on finding the right one:

    • Finding the type of content you want to write—different types of media, such as news writing, blog posts, or copywriting
    • Look for industry-leading AI content writing applications in the marketplace

Some of the Best AI Writing Tools that Content Writers can use

The G2 website looks different in 2021, with the likes of Jarvis slightly falling short of its second place because of Rytr’s cheaper offering for getting a decent output for its price. Then, you have Writesonic just below Jarvis, another alternative currently open for a lifetime deal somewhere (Best AI Writing Assistant Software in 2021, n.d.)

However, Jarvis AI beats the quality of almost all its competitors in the market. Other software, such as Copy AI, may come close, but the workaround is more. There have been reviews of having made-up facts spilled by Jarvis that could probably be a placeholder for putting research-based content there.

The future of copywriting involves AI writers. They are not a replacement for human copywriters, but they will help them do their job better.

Many companies already use AI assistants to generate content. Some digital agencies, for example, use AI assistants to produce all kinds of content for their clients.

  • Multiple Ways You Can Manage Almost Any Stress

Multiple Ways You Can Manage Almost Any Stress

Stress is the mental and emotional strain people experience when they face a stressful situation, which both internal and external factors can cause.

With an infectious disease like COVID-19 still making the news, life can be tougher for some working-class people, especially the front liners.

A “fight-or-flight” response can be when someone has an automatic physiological reaction to an event, which could be stressful or frightening, often initiated by external factors such as deadlines, conflict, or family strife. Still, it can also be triggered internally from thoughts of worry or doubt about one’s capabilities.

For example, a person who feels pressure to handle a heavy workload will likely feel stress until their workload decreases.

How to tell if we are stressed?

In 2021, you can tell in two ways, through tests or sometimes, detecting symptoms at home. You can figure out your stress levels through a blood pressure checker. Some of you have that at home. So, a simple check could remove plenty of those worries.

There is also a test that can measure the amount of cortisol in your saliva. This way, people who are stressed can get treatment before it becomes too severe.

You can do an EEG (Electroencephalogram that detects abnormalities in brain waves) test for brain activity or an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging that produces detailed images of the inside of the body) scan for the brain to find more details about your stress levels.

These are just a few ways to detect stress in modern life.

    Causes of Stress

Stress can be due to several things, including being overworked, feeling anxious about an upcoming event, or feeling under pressure. Stress can also be caused by not getting enough sleep or exercising.

The best way to find out if you are stressed is to monitor your stress levels. The most common way is to take a day or two off from work and use this time for self-reflection and relaxation. If you still feel stressed after that period, then it’s likely that you are not taking care of yourselves enough.

Regardless of how you find out, you must be wary of symptoms and deal with them accordingly.

    How to relieve stress?

Stress can adversely affect your health. It makes you anxious, agitated, or even depressed if you don’t manage it well. However, there are some ways to relieve stress in 2021.

Some people find that developing new skills is an excellent way to relieve stress. They could learn so many new and exciting skills – from making a website for your small business to learning how to dance.

Learning something new may be just what someone needs to reduce their feelings of anxiety and unease in the world.

Another thing that people could do is spend more time with friends and family members they care about deeply. Humans beings are social creatures, and spending time with those most important in our lives will help us feel happy and fulfilled again.

Family get-togethers are even more remedial for people who tend to connect less with strangers or prefer having connections within a small circle.

A stress-free life warrants that you reduce your social media usage, helping you spend more time with the people around you and be aware of what is happening in the world.

It would be best to get rid of your TV because it makes you less productive and less creative. I am just kidding! Of course, please do not get rid of it. TV helps too! Just limit its usage if you are too hung up with it.

You might also change your diet so that it includes more proteins, good fats, and vegetables. These are essential for an overall healthy lifestyle.

Hit the gym if it makes you feel better.

Stress levels can reduce once you feel content and fulfilled with your life. It can start with small things you achieve throughout the weeks, months, or years.

Feel more confident in the things you do well by mastering them level after level.

Once you figure out stress and cope with it, you would feel more confident in dealing with it. Last, experience is the best teacher as it helps us deal with things if such were to occur again.

Most of the time, if the stress levels are manageable, you would be better at finding out what works for you. Sometimes, people whom you trust can also help you along the way.

Do your best! You GOT this!

    Journaling

Journaling is one of the best ways to let out your stress. It can help you relax and get things off your chest. There are many methods for keeping a journal, but the most effective one is to use a physical journal.

The primary benefit is that you can record your thoughts in an easy-to-read format, thus easier to digest. The physical journal can also help you keep track of your progress.

However, if you are more of a mobile person, try using an app like Day One or Reflect to write your daily thoughts, which later saves them in the cloud. Some day, you might want to check on the good life you led through one of your writings.

Sometimes, it is better if you even discuss your positive and negative experiences with your close buddy. Either way is helpful, although a journal can act as your listener while you are the narrator.

So, experience the good life of journaling!

    Drink Water to Destress

Water is an essential element of your health. Our body must function properly, and we also need it for our daily activities.

Not enough water will get you dehydrated, and that is trouble. Yes, most people do not know this, but not drinking enough water can have an unhealthy weight loss.

Most of us have been there: you’re stressed out, overworked, and your skin, hair, and nails are all suffering. People think about good things but worry about losing their hair prematurely, about going bald, and worry about looking old.

But did you know you actually can destress your body with just water? Well, it can do wonders for your looks for a start, not just because it’s a healthy drink but because it doesn’t take much effort to drink it. It also improves your complexion.

So, use chemical products or drink water? Your choice!

    Balance your Diet

What makes up a good life better than having a “balanced diet?” It’s a question much of the population struggles with, and it’s frequently debated.

Some experts suggest a diet should comprise roughly equal numbers of soluble and insoluble carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Others believe that the best diet is one low in carbs and high in good fats.

Still, others think one should avoid processed foods altogether. And some even claim that a diet high in saturated fat or cholesterol is the healthiest.

Regardless to say, diet is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle, no matter how easier it is said than done. Various delicacies often tempt us to take on more unhealthy foods than necessary, and we overindulge when we get bored.

Once we binge on junk food, the desire to keep on eating it becomes even more overwhelming. There are a lot of misconceptions about healthy eating.

For example, many believe that it is essential to cut out carbohydrates.

However, carbohydrates are necessary for our diets. We need them to form our muscles and keep our brains functioning well. We need them to help our body store energy and give us the feeling of being full.

Just like balancing your diet, you can live a healthy and productive life.

    Sleep!

Sleep is the most critical element for a healthy body and a good life, perhaps not a new statement. While many people rarely think about the quantity of sleep they get, several things can make you feel you haven’t slept at all.

Since sleep deprivation is a real thing, we want you to give yourself enough sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed and healthy.

Better sleep will get you a healthy beginning and productive life.

Meditate, Exercise, and Relax your Mind

What do you think when you come across the word “meditation?” Perhaps a monk seated in a silent room or a yogi in a peaceful forest, or maybe a Tibetan Buddhist monk performing a quiet meditation ritual?

Everyone meditates in different ways, and there is no one right way to do it. The point is to disregard the surroundings, focus on your breathing, and let your mind relax.

A productive life requires some relaxation. Meditation helps attain that. Well, it is the go-to for destressing and relaxing, but what about exercise?

Studies have shown that exercise boosts the mind, which can make it easier to relax. That’s because activity, whether through running, biking, or even yoga, helps your body work efficiently.

    Try Coffee Alternatives

Coffee is a beloved beverage, but drinking too much of it can lead to a host of issues and concerns. Some people are coffee addicts, while others are regular users who struggle to stay away from this strong stuff.

Some people find particular foods affect their ability to function well, while others find they need to improve their habits to avoid addiction. If you have a habit of drinking too much coffee, then maybe you should stop.

If you notice that it’s affecting your health, try turning to other more healthy alternatives like tea, kombucha, and even, yes, water. A happy cup of tea is the root of a happy morning, therefore, a happy life.

    Practice Positivity

Positive thinking is a famous phrase. Almost everyone wants to have a positive attitude and have a positive outlook on life, right?

However, this is not a new concept and has been around for a long time. The ancient Greeks, Buddhist monks, and early Christians used this in their teachings.

Positive thinking is a mindset that focuses on the positives in your life instead of the negatives. Think of a silver lining instead of a black cloud.

Positive thinking has been around as long as people have been around. We use it in every aspect of life, from positive affirmations in the morning to positive thinking during troublesome times.

The best way to stay positive is by starting with the right mindset and environment.

To lay a foundation for a positive lifestyle, you must first learn how to be positive.

    Be Optimistic

If you want to be optimistic, the first thing you should do is stop assuming the worst, stop letting your fears dictate your life. The first step in becoming optimistic is to admit that you are a pessimist.

In your daily life, you may not realize how you feel, an indicator of how you live. It’s a simple concept but often overlooked.

Your feelings can tell you a lot about what you’re doing. We all feel wrong about something from time to time, and when you find yourself in a sour mood, it’s easy to feel you’ll never get out.

These feelings come and go, and they aren’t always accurate. Remember, they don’t give you a complete view of the world, and they’re not a guarantee of what’s coming.

So, shrug negativity off your shoulders as much as you can. Remember, this is a process. And you can do it. Be optimistic!

    Exercise your Brain

Brain exercise is a straightforward and well-known concept. The best way to exercise your brain is to do something that requires it.

But what if you can’t always find the time to exercise your brain? Well, it turns out there are tons of things you can do that require little mental exertion.

So if you want to exercise your brain, get started with easy brain-exercising exercises like having fun solving a jigsaw puzzle.

5 Signs You’re Too Busy and How to Relax

You are one BUSY individual! Perhaps, you are a manager or one of those hard-working professionals looking for ways to improve your daily regimen without being too harsh on yourself.

Any routine change is already a topic that gets us anxious enough to not even start it. The very mention of this subject likely dozes us off to our individual boring lives as we carry on.

However, there is always something you can look up to, and here we are with the signs that you are too harsh with yourself and how you can take it down a notch.

    1. Hardly any Time for Family

When you are home, you find yourself with all the energy withdrawn from whatever you had in the early morning. Don’t sweat it! Our bodies need motivation as much as our minds do, which is why we can improve our lifestyle in a way that complements our routine—that includes maintaining our energy.

Solution: Try to sit for dinner with your loved ones at home at least a few times a week, if not daily. Try whatever is necessary to make it happen by calling keeping this goal upfront with people you work that hour.

    2. Eating without a Break

You’re eating while doing other tasks simultaneously. There’s a list of tasks you are ought to do. However, if you cannot make time for your own health, you’re doing yourself an injustice. Taking care of oneself is not selfish, instead, it is one of the most important things in life. If you’re healthy, you can also make others’ lives better by being there for them.

Solution: You need to set aside at least 15-minutes for each meal during the day. If you want to enjoy a little snack during the day, ask your supervisor for 10-15 minutes. Remember, the more you eat as long as it’s healthy food, the more you will feel relaxed whether it’s to work or do other stuff.

    3. You hate Waking Up in the Morning

You’re more tired in the morning than before you hit the bed. This is a common occurrence between people who either like to work at night or people who are overscheduled with work during the day that their mind is super awake during the night.

Solution: Set aside all the distractions sometime before sleeping. If you cannot exit everything, at least limit yourself to just watching T.V. without touching any of your mobile devices before sleeping. Also, drink chamomile tea, warm milk, or any other food that helps people to sleep better. Perhaps, read a book as it might help to get sleepy for some people.

    4. Loneliness by Losing Relationship with People and God

When you are tied up with everything, you hardly have time for those who are important—family, friends, and God. People who care about you will always try to want good things for you. Don’t lose them! They will notice if you somehow distance yourself in a way that might cause you to become lonely in the future. At times, you miss praying to God, for the rush of life passes you by so fast that you do not find time to contemplate things going well.

Solution: Be adamant in maintaining your important relationships. If you have to give time to your loved ones, prioritize it, keeping everything else aside. Slowly and steadily, you will feel more at ease doing it one day.

    5. You are losing track of things in Life

You don’t stop to think about where you’re going in your career, in your relationship, or in life. Perhaps, finding time to plan it out well before you need to take steps would be better at this time and this hour.

Solution: Where do you see yourself in the next five years? During interviews, a common question whose answer can help you define your life is divided into baby steps to getting there.

“When life gives you lemons, use them to make lemonade.”

    An old proverb

The above tells us that we need to face adversity with courage when life throws us challenges. Like turning a sour lemon into sweet lemonade, we can turn a negative experience into a positive one.

Some of us may not be able to reduce our stress, at least not that quickly. Some of us are just too busy doing things that make our livelihood, spending more hours without getting much in return. Perhaps, we need to try our best in our little ways to help prevent things from controlling us and promote work-life balance.

And for those who have free time besides work, then that’s beautiful! Work on yourself and the people around you.
